Having a bit of a PROBLEM with my PC. It won't RECOGNIZE my new internet connection.
And I can't get it to release an old 177 IP ADDRESS, EVERY time I try to release it, I get an error message reading "the operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissable for this operation". My adapter has never had any problems being permissable before.
So, I can't get it to auto connect, and when I put all the connection info in manually, the little icon says "limited or no CONNECTIVITY".
Anyone know why my "adapter isn't in the state permissable for this operation"? Or whatever other problem it could be?Just a few questions. What OS are you running? And what internet provider do you have?Also, are you plugged into a router, or direct to the modem?
