1.	Solve : Can't download or stream?
Answer» I believe i'm in the right place. My computer can't stream or download shows, games, MOVIES, etc. If i'm on youtube the VIDEO starts streaming and then stops at the one minute mark. If I CLICK ahead past the streamed part the video starts then stops again at the one minute mark. I can go on the intenet but its slower then before and somtimes the page doesn't load. I have wireless internet but it ALWAYS says the network is good. I have cleared both my history and chache but nothing has HAPPENED. I also did a virus check. I don't know what else to do.
