Answer» HI dear all, i add a printer in my remote users system and i add that printer in my server through ip address of this remote system which i install the printer.now i can take print out from server in that printer.the problem is our remote users are using one application in server through remote desktop connection.from that application when they are trying to take print out these PRINTERS are not showing.except these printer all other printers are showing in that.but this printer is already added in server through ip address of local machine.any solution for this?..is the problem from my side or it is the problem of that application they are using VIA remote.At the moment is it only one machine that can use the printer? the one that's GOT the direct parallel connection? Or is the printer on a network and all the computers on that local network can print using the printer. Is the problem they can't print using a machine that can normally print when they're using remote admin?? Sorry didn't really understand your problem :S
