i have a bsnl cdma data card.15 days before i purchased it. from the beginning it is too slow to surf. in cdma data card client when i connect the internet, its speed 0-4680Bps(up rate),(down speed)0-33 Kbps,but the tower show 2-3.i CHECK my bandwidth speed in their official site,it show 22 kbps.internet became very slow to me.plz tell me what to do,or not to do. What is the speed you pay for 144 kbps for Rs.200/-I should ASK you to ask the BSNL people.i asked bsnl people sevaral time.they told me that some days later it will be fine access to internet.but it became 2 months.no improvement from their end. thay give a cd for usb modem.i install it into my computer.it show DIAL up connection.when i create client for bsnl conection from internet explorar tools internet OPTIONS connection never dial a connection.then i sow net falctuationg,but when i configure in always dial my defoult conection then isow that the net not flacutating like FIRST configuretion.but when italk to bsnl for this problem thay tell to me we should access from usb modem client. not to from xp client
what to do?
