1.	Solve : Checking the status of my I-Direct Modem?
Answer» Hi, I use an I-Direct SATELLITE Modem on a KU band with an ISP that turned out not to be as efficient as i desired. I want to change my ISP but was REQUESTED by the new ISP to check if the modem is LOCKED to my last ISP. How can i go about this? and if it is locked to the ISP, how can i unlock it?I would SUGGEST you call your ISP. They should know whether the modem is locked to them.
