Finally we recently got an Orange Livebox. I feel like i've been living in the DARK ages 8 megs now! yahoo.

Anyway, it's a wireless router and I wondered if anyone had any recommended USB Wifi Wireless Adapters? I need to find one or two to CONNECT to various laptops around the HOUSE; I'd be hugely appreciative if anyone knows of a good USB Adapter I could purchase.

Thanks.I've ALWAYS had a lot of success with Linksys Wireless USB attachments. I'm also curious if you're connecting these to laptops have you considered a PC Card instead of a USB device? I'd recommend a PC Card over a USB connection because it goes into the laptop instead of hanging out. Makes moving around and packing the laptop a lot easier.I think at the moment a USB adapter is most useful, simply because it's easier. It'll be a static laptop, pretty much, not a whole lot of moving about.

I do have another awfully annoying problem though, although i'm not sure which forum it BELONGS to. Now that my Orange Livebox is up and working, for some reason, online streaming of things like radio which uses windows media player aren't working. The error i'm getting is that i'm not connected to the internet, even though I am.

I can see why this is the case, because this Livebox automatically connects, but for some reason my PC isn't getting the message.
