Answer» Hi, I am new to this so I hope someone can help as I am really confussed!!! I have a home computer that I set up for wireless internet using a NETGEAR medem router. the router then stopped working so I purchased a new on. probelm is this new one (exactly the same manke and MODEL) will not connect. when I RUN the disk install it has to be done through an ethernet cable not wirelessly so I can not get any further with it. when the router is switched on the LIGHTS are green as they should be APART from the internet one which is red. I am really lost so any help would be really greatly appreciated. thanks
