Solve : Connected No Connection? |
|
Answer» I have a Aer Aspire 7741Z- 5731, I ran spybot, malware an avast. I can physically, see the connection an connect. THING is when I go too like yahoo.com it attempts too connect then shows a failed page. Its not just this site alone. You post half a dozen different problems a week and always have. I need to ask - are these all your computers? No, some of the are just the same units with differnt issues. OTHERS are my own units I dont know why but, its working again Quote from: Ryuk on March 24, 2012, 02:26:57 PM No, some of the are just the same units with differnt issues. Others are my own unitsWhat does that mean?there's units that are BROUGHT too me to be looked at. Others are the same units with differnt issues. And when a computer is brought to you to be looked at you post here to find out what to do - is that pretty much how it goes? When something, is wrong that I dont know what to do. I thought we didn't help fund people's tech support businesses here, especially when the tech support themselves haven't a clue how to do tech support in the first place. I very well know how to troubleshoot issues. Its those WIERD ones that you get from time too time that you dont know. Also, Im not getting paid to do some of these things. LOL -- I retired from the IT industry several YEARS ago. I "share your pain" on many levels -- far too many to take up valuable space and time. There are only a handful of valid general tech help sites left on the Web where people willingly give their time and expertise WITHOUT trying to monitize their services by becoming parasites of one type or another. I salute you for being one of them. You have every right to rebuke the freeloaders who attempt to steal your benefits. |
