By the way, since you are using it for work, have you consulted your IT or NETWORK Admin in your office?

Happy New Year!sounds like a DNS issue or some weirdness in your host file. there might be something on you network that acting as a dns server that conflicting with your routers dns settings. If its a SOHO (SMALL business small office) router-think linksys etc than i would refer to there website with specific model configuration provided byy them to ENSURE your current gateway is handeling dns and is setup correctly. Theres no universal SOLUTION to soho's cause there all different. Is there anything else on like old networking equipment? Does windows recognition your network? sorry if i confuse you as I'm just starting in networking and could be steering you wrong. I'm thinking its a config issue as mailo problly has its own resolution system programmed in the software and thus doesn't need dns to access web or POP3 or mail server.
