Your computer doesn't have any service pack installed. Not even SP1. There is no antivirus, no firewall.

I think, your best option is to back up your data, and reinstall Windows.
Hopefully, you'll get your connection back.This is a new installation. And that's why I'm surprised it's STILL not connecting.

I carried out the new installation when the former stopped connecting at the automatic update to sp2.I don't know, why I didn't think of it before, but maybe your network card is busted.
