Solve : Desktop with wi-fi?

I have a desktop COMPUTER.  I'm GOING on vacation and I won't to BRING it along.  The place we are staying at has free wi-fi.  I'm new to all this.  So my QUESTION is what do I NEED to buy for my desktop computer to connect to the wi-fi?

My suggestion for a computer to bring on vacation is a Laptop.

However, for your desktop to connect to the internet, you need a wireless PCI card.
