Answer» I am using a DELL Inspriron 1720. It is a brand new computer. I have CONTACTED Dell and Microsoft and they both blame each other. I am trying to CREATE a Dialup connection through the Control Panel. It says it cannot create the connection. I have tried these connections on another Vista machine and they work. The computer will not dial out. Did you TRY "Connect to..."? Click Start > Connect to > SET up a connection or network > Connect to the Internet > "No, create a new connection" > Dial Up
