She has a mapped drive that allows her to access a data FILE, but she get disconnected from it when she comes back to the office. It always asks for the user and password of the server she's connecting to. Please help!It MIGHT not have the mapped drive set to reconnect at login. There is a checkbox that needs to be marked when setting up the mapped drive to make sure the connection doesn't get removed. There is also a chance that this is set up on purpose for security reasons. If she can, your sister should talk with someone from IT and let them know of the issue.
