I'm part of a project to change an old homestead to a farmstay tourism office
i need to know what the best wireless transmission media would be for a 1.2km distance. I'm trying to connect an office on a farm to a building that is the 1.2km AWAY. I'd prefer not to have to use a microwave link.
also what technology would i need to set up a wireless NETWORK for 10 small cottages that are all WITHIN a 200m RADIUS of our tourism office. These cottages will be sharing the STAFF internet connection which is a satelite connection as we are too remote for the 3G network.
