I have RECENTLY bought a notebook computer and a Dlink Extreme N Router. The note book runs Windows Vista Home Premium. I have configured the router with the provided Network Magic softwere, and have tried to add the computer. On my computer I have entered my WPA2-Personal security code created with Dlink. I keep recieving the following error message:
The connection to "My Network" was cancelled. This might be due to time out or USER action". I have also ATTACHED a picture of the error message. Can anyone help me? The router was $150 and I want to use the Wireless N features


[recovering space - attachment deleted by admin]Are you trying to connect to it wirelessly? Sometimes if you have it plugged in first, then connect, it may work. Try it, but Im not 100% sure...I have been using a wired connection from the Dlink Extreme N Router since I got the computer. The Network Magic Softwere will allow the wired connection, but still won't allow the wireless.Can you give us the DLink "model number" for the DLink Extreme N Router? Is it the "DIR 655"?

Access to DLink WEBSITE support appears to be accessed by model number.
