Well, from an ethical standpoint, I think you know the answer. I don't think any regular members WOULD recommend you do this, even though you might get away with it for a long time. When I discovered someone in my neighborhood was connecting via my wireless router, I got smarter and enabled WPA security in my router and put a stop to it. I still don't know who it was and I really don't CARE to know. And, I doubt they were depending on my connection, since I had not owned my wireless router very long before I discovered this. But, I wouldn't advise anyone to do this on a regular basis without permission.
