Answer» I have been receiving a error message every 10 seconds on average at the lower right hand corner on my connections tab. It states Network cable is unplugged. I've reinstalled my drivers , tried different ethernet CABLES and messed around with the whole ping thing. I really think its my modem because when i plug in my X box 360 to my modem is also disconnects me after a short period of time. What could be the cause of this problem it worked fine for months now im struggling too get my homework done. I also tried a different network adapter that was reccommend by "VERIZON" and nope not a fix that said the modem is fine but I STRONGLY disagree. ps. everything is SET up right and IVE put in hours trying too fix it.Can you check to see if it's not a problem with the cable you're using? Also, are the devices CONNECTED to the Modem or a Router?
