So my problem is that my download speed is okay (actually higher then it used to be) but since one month my internet is just really SLOW. I can mostly watch youtube in 240p to max 480p and pages take ages to load. This issue OCCURRED SLIGHTLY after we installed a new modem. I searched everything online but couldn't find ANYTHING.
-My pc specs are good
-Mbps is 9-12
-Upload is 0.9
-ping is around 20
I've tried turning my router/modem on and off but is doesn't do anything. I also changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but that didn't do anything either.
Another issue I have is that I can't here friends normal on discord. I hear them very laggy and robotic, but they can hear me fine. Discord also tells me that my connection is fine.
Does anyone know how to FIX this issue?
