Solve : Force A Remote Share fo a drive?

Hi
I have admin rights on our network. Windows 2003 servers and XP Pro clients. Is there a way to force a share of a REMOTE DRIVE? We have problems at the moment with USB FLASH drives.
When a user plugs in a USB Drive I need to be able to have this shared. Is there a way to do this with Group Policies?

Any thoughts would be great
