I have a pldt dsl connection (a dsl line here in the philippines). whenever i plug in the dsl modem directly to my PC or my laptop the internet works great BUT when i plug in my wifi router (i tried d-link and tp-link. both wont work!) the connection would start acting up. all the needed lights that should blink from my dsl modem and wifi router were blinking. my laptop and all my other gadgets that are wifi capable could read my wifi connection but everytime i try SURFING its always PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED or NO INTERNET CONNECTION. i tried resetting my wifi router and configuring it all over again but still with no luck still cant surf please help me guys! badly need my wifi so much thanks in advance!

by the WAY my dsl connection is dhcop something! meaning no required username and password for my dsl connection. its plug and play.It's probably something to do with the DNS and DHCP SETTINGS on your wifi router.

Can you list the make and model NUMBERS of the Modem and the Wifi Router please?Try to connect your wi-fi router to your modem and install on your laptop.
