hello

i am hoping that you can help me with my network setting guys!!

1st of all i am no IT.but i know a bit of basic networking. LAN mostly

recently, we GOT our DSL connection UPgraded from 1024Kbps with 1 static IP
to 512kbps with 16 dynamic IP's for better gaming & surfing. we have 19 units of DESKTOP plus 2 units of laptop.

and our internet provider said that we must get a router with 4 ports,
so that we can spilt 1 IP into 4(four)

this is a simple diagram of our connection:




problem;
- PC 1-15 can't connect to pc 16,17,18,19, 2 laptops during LAN games
- can't transfer file either
- can Ping the router but cannot ping the IP's of PCS 16-19+ laptop
- cannot print on network printer ( only pc 16-19 can)
- cannot be found on the WORKSTATION,WORKGROUP


what do we have to do guys, help us plzz

or is their any other LAN/WAN connection do we have to do?

dsl MODEM: prolink DSL modem\router
network switch: Dlink 16 port hub
router: linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G
OS: XP sp2
cable: UTP cable rj46 twisted pair
