i will be thankful if you helped meProxy servers aren't things I use, and I'm not sure what your requirements are. However, web "BROWSERS" have settings to specify proxy server address to use for different protocols.
For Mozilla FIREFOX 2.0.0.20: a. Select "Tools"; a pull down menu appears. b. Select "Options..."; Options windows opens. c. Select "Advanced" icon to DISPLAY its page. d. Select "Network" tab to bring its page forward. e. Select "Settings" button within "Connection" subsection; "Connection Settings" windows appears. f. Good luck with this window... I don't know because I don't understand what "issue" you're trying to resolve, and I don't work with proxy servers.

Have you located the user interface on your computer where it is configured to use a proxy server?
