Solve : how to recover deleted file?

On win 2003 SERVER have SHARE folder. to put there data ,on public folder share all users and they transfer the file from one user to other, but on this folder the data will delete every week using batch file . One users before took his data the batch file run and DELETED the file from the public folder .how can I recover this file its urgent.l thanks in advance Run this from whatever server has the data drive.

I also second that the program recuva works pretty DARN good. Or here is a thought do you have tape back-ups, or a NAS box that has the files. Just a thought
