yes i have 3 lan cart and 2of them is adjust for 2 adsl modemyou mean, you have three lan cards?
Windows only utilizes one internet connection at a time. It does not natively combine network bandwidth to increase SPEED. There are programs that can combine them. One that I know of (only runs on linux though) is firehose. You can use the information on the linked page to COME up with google search terms.
