I'm REALLY getting frustrated with my router and I don't want to have to resort to buying a new one when I think that the problem can be SOLVED with some adjustments. My problem is that my router is not giving me the option to CHANGE it when I log into 192.168.1.1. I have a Linksys WIRELESS G WRT54G2 V1 router. Any help would be much appreciated.

log into 192.168.1.1
go to Basic Wireless Settings
■Select wireless configuration to Manual .
■Give a Wireless Network Name (SSID), make sure its unique.
■Select Wireless SSID Broadcast to Enable
■Save Settings and you wil back at the same page with changes you made
