For some reason I can't hardwire to the internet?! Wireless works fine, but when i plug in my ethernet CORD it doesn't do anything! Any HELP would be amazing! <3Does device manager show everything happy or network adapter issue for hard wired?

Have you swapped the cable to verify its not a bad cable, or tested cable with another computer or network device?

Have you verified that its set up dynamic to get an IP from DHCP/Router ?

What do you see when you enter IPCONFIG/ALL at command prompt? ( Can you copy/paste the output from this command )

Many different things can cause this issue.I'm really not that computer savi! XD I know it's not the ethernet cord because it works fine with other LAPTOPS. The IPCONFIG and the Dynamic option I haven't tried, but also don't know where to start. D:On your keyboard, hold the Windows button and press R, this will bring up the run BOX. in the box type 'devmgmt.msc' (Without the ' marks)

Check for any devices with an exclamation mark and reply with results.
