Answer» I've tried everything from turning off firewall to port forwarding, I can't access any game server online, I can't login to Playstation network, I can only browse and download. My provider just shut the line on me while i was explaining, also impatient.. don't let me get started. My DSL is blinking orange. I can browse the internet normally and download stuff and STREAM videos.

Edited by Allan to remove profanityWe'll be happy to help you, but please watch your language. This forum is visited by people of all ages and nationalities and we do not wish to offend anyone. I've edited your POST this time.Ok sorry if I've caused any inconvenience. I am just a bit mad :/Why not change Internet Providers? It was working before, but suddenly it stopped.Your original post says your ISP "shut the line". If that's the case, you need to contact them.Quote from: Allan on September 10, 2012, 08:42:06 AM Your original post says your ISP "shut the line". If that's the case, you need to contact them.
I think he means he called his ISP on the phone, and at some point the customer service representative terminated the call. They might have done this for a VARIETY of reasons...

Ahhh - you folks on the other side of the pond and your colloquialisms
Squadzion - the fact that it's just that one site and that it WAS working previously would seem to indicate it is not a problem on your end. I'd still suggest trying your ISP again - I'm sure you'll get a different representative this time who, hopefully, will try to assist you.Does that mean my "Ipconfig /all" is NORMAL ? No problems there ? Please at least try to help me without telling me to contact my ISP, I would make that the last resort.QuoteMy DSL is blinking orange Doesnt it normally blink green when your connected? If so its an issue between your ISP and your modem.
My modem blinks orange when there is an issue between my ISP and my modem. Otherwise GREEN= GOODQuote from: Allan on September 10, 2012, 09:06:45 AMyou folks on the other side of the pond and your colloquialisms It's not one of ours; I was just using the available information in the post to make an educated guess. I called my ISP and this time a friendly guy I would thank alot answered, he was not like that other one... He explained everything and that a limitation has occured because of something I did a while ago, it was an email. I'm going to read it and there will also be instructions regarding how to unlock it again. So hopefully it will work
