I've never heard of one that detects router makes and MODELS. Why not just access the configuration of the router (usually a web INTERFACE), it should tell you the make and model. If you don't know how to access the web interface, do a ipconfig -all and note the IP for the DEFAULT gateway. Enter the IP in a browser and voilà. An even easier way would be to physically look at your router. The make and model should be written somewhere on it.
