Answer» I browsed first. Hope this is not a REPEAT. Someone please just send me in the right DIRECTION if it is. Toshiba SATELLITE Laptop about 2 - 3 years old. Originally had Windows XP Installed Windows XP Home EDITION because when the laptop was brought to me it had no OS. The DISK is new from Microsoft but sent to me maybe 4-5 years ago. No problems with the installation but I can not access the internet. Have broadband..using ethernet connection not wireless. Is it drivers because the disk I used to install Windows is too old? Thanks so much! Check Device Manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation marks against Network Adaptors
