Hi there, using win 7, internet connection is fine (other laptops can connect). This one in question was working, then windows updated (not sure if this is relevant or not) then it shows internet connection is fine, but no pages will load. RESTORED to previous update, then it worked for 2 days and failed again. Restored to previous and it wont work. Have tried resetting ip, and flushing dns. pinged a few sites and they came back fine. Any suggestions? thanksI'd try a different browser such as firefox on it and SEE if that corrects the issue. If the issue goes away with firefox then its a localized IE issue and not a SYSTEM wide issue with network communications. From one of the other COMPUTERS download firefox and place it on a thumb drive or burn to a cd or dvd and install it to the TROUBLED computer and see if that fixes issue or not.Hi there,  thanks for the reply. Do not allow Windows Update to update your drivers.You are using a laptop with Windows 7 and pages will not load. -Right?
