Solve : Internet Desktop Connection? |

Answer» My grandparents recently bought a Windows Vista (Home Premium) Laptop, Router, And Modem. They have many questions about it and often need HELP finding a function (Their old desktop PC was Windows Millennium). How WOULD I go about configuring a remote desktop connection to their laptop from mine over the INTERNET......,but make it so they don't get logged off when I connect, so they can SEE how i do something. I don't have their router's IP address at the moment, but I will find it out. I have their router password. Their laptop is the only computer on their network and it has no password to log in, so I shouldn't need to log into it after I bypass the router. Links or directions with help? |
