Solve : Internet is driving me crazy!?

Lately when I've TRIED to download a FILE it either goes CORRUPT, or it takes a long time to download. I have a FEELING it has something to do with my network card because I'm pretty sure its a cheap, bad brand card. I am on a wireless network but no other computer on the network is having this problem. I'm not sure what the problem is but I have a feeling its the network card.

Computer Specs will be an attached file. (Everest Report) I use Mozilla Firefox as a browser, and I haven't TESTED the downloading with Internet Explorer.

[cleaning up - attachment deleted by admin]Replace the card instead of troubleshooting...they are pretty reasonable.
