I cant CONNECT to the internet no matter what, i have a modem which connects to my COMPUTER, can anyone give me suggestion on how to fix this problem.

Like what OS are you using how do you connect to the modem Trough Ethernet cable or wireless.
Did you updated you network card drivers?
Try this(if you have WINDOWS XP): Start -> run -> type "cmd" -> type "IPCONFIG"
