Solve : IP question?

Answer» my ip in local AREA connection(or the little 2 computers on your start TOOLBAR, in the right corner) is different from my ip on the site(for example when you POST, in the down right corner you will see your ip) they are different. so like which ONE is the real ip? can SOMEONE please explain. thanks!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s. i use verizon dsl.Have a read of the Network FAQ. I do believe it explains this fairly well.In fact, have some blue text: "O computer where art thou"
