Solve : Is my PC crashing issues caused by IGEL??

Hi

Im on a network and use a IGEL to connect and use 2 monitors.  I open Skype/Outlook/ Excel/ Internet and when using excel I keep getting program is not responding and crashes and also internet EXTREMELY slow.

Reading about IGEL I BELIEVE they not got enough CPU?    My main network server is about 23 miles away.

Would it help if I was to use a desktop PC and connect to network via CITRIX that way?
