I am CURRENTLY with Orange (Internet Service Provider) however they have REFUSED to provide a static IP address for me to run a home web server.

Can anyone recommend another ISP who provides static IP addresses to their customers ?

Have a look here - a list of ISPs in the UK.
Some of them include details about whether they have a static IP address as standard/optional.

I've taken a look but I think I might go with Tiscali as they do an unlimited business package for LESS than what I PAY for on Orange and Tiscali also provide a free static IP.
Also seems very easy to migrate.

If anyone feels my choice is bad then please let me know.
