Solve : keep going over on my hughesnet downloads?

I hope someone could help me with my problem with going over my limit on downloads. I am hooked up with hughesnet, which is a PAIN in the *CENSORED*. I need to get my big downloads to start from 3 to 6 am because that is my free time, and I can download all I want. Trouble is I don't know what I am downloading and don't know how to see what I am downloading. I was hoping that there might be a PROGRAM to schedule all my downloads for my free time and find out what is TAKING my bandwitch.......................any help on this............two-dogs Quote

If you're downloading torrents, it usually takes up all your bandwith.
