If there are no devices with the mark or errors then it is possible that the card has become faulty. Also the card MAY have gone into deep sleep and is no longer being 'woken up' Disconnect the power from the machine and hold the power button for 30s to DRAIN all residual power from the machine and reset all components. Plug the power back in and boot normally.
