One of the PCs run Windows XP and is connected to the internet by WiFi and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, one runs Windows 7 and is connected to the tablet via USB. The tablet runs Android 4.4.2. I tried to ping computers' IPS eachother, but in vain. I don't need file sharing but I want to play LAN games via TCP/IP protocol.
