Solve : Limited Or no connectivity + cannot renew ip (HELP)?

I have tired what I know how to do.
Reset the MODEM.
I am running Win XP-Service pack 3.
I should also note that I have two towers-One gets online fine.
The other one did up about a WEEK up until yesterday.I have been getting this error ever since.

Have you tried ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew on cmd?The output from "ipconfig /all" would be useful; could be a network connection misconfiguration.
