I am looking for a remote support solution that WOULD work on a Linux desktop. I need a solution that I could use from my office to bring support to ONE of my customers in their LAN. I am not asking for VNC, which is a solution that only works when the PCs are in the same network. Does this solution EXIST? Thanks!
