Answer» we LIVE in the middle of nowhere and get high speed internet from some little company that mstly does low speed stuff. We used to lose CONNECTION for about 5 mins-a couple HOURS every couple of hours, and we had the company come in and they took out some splitter and it seemed to work better but we still lose it a lot and i was WONDERING if maybe theres something we can do. We have the modem and my computer is connected to that and also the other computer is connected to that and there is also a WIRELESS route connected to it.Try to bypass router. Hook up your computer straight to modem.both computer are hooked up to just the modem, the wireless is also hooked to modem, we use it for laptop, NDS, PSP, etc.What kind of connection is it?
