Solve : Losing connection every 1 hour (hardwire)?

Hi guys,

so my problem is that i am LOSING connection every 1 hour for about 2-5 sec and comeback... the modem stay online and the light stay all there.

i am Hard Wire.

ISP tell me NOTHING they can do cause they DONT see problem.

it is getting very annoying...

Windows 7 64bit
amd fx-8150
hd7850
12gb ram.

Help me plz..
