Answer» internet is not working That's interesting. What's your OS? Do you CONNECT your computer to the MODEM or does it go through a router? Is your computer CONNECTED to the modem? Does the modem have internet? This has to be the LEAST informative query I have ever seen.look for a re-set button usually on the back and stick a toothpick in there ( do not poke yourself) and hold it for a few SECONDS, this is in the back of the modem. sometimes they just need to be re-set
