Recently my internet on my laptop has been very slow.. WATCHING videos, surfing, everything.
Though its only my computer that is slow, the other 3 computers we have are running smoothly.
I first tried to delete cookies etc, that didnt help.
Then i rebooted my computer, that didnt help either.
Now i have no idea what to do...
This has been on for like 2 weeks now, and as i said, only mine is running slow
The computer is new, ive had it for 2-3 months.

Why did you re-install?
That is not the right procedure for a new PC under warranty. Please provide more details about your computer and the OS.
i thought that it would fix the problem, is there anything wrong with reinstalling your computer?

64 bit operativsystemSometimes that works. But if there was a problem with the computer it would be best to have the maker fix it.
Example: If the hard drive awns failing, doing the install again may cover over the problem for a few days, then it will come back avian.
But returning it to the maker they would do diagnostics and maybe give you a new computer. Or just replace the Hard Drive with the system fresh on it.
But the problem may be in the network controller. You can't really fix that or make any temporary fix. It is best to use your warranty while you have it. Later is too late.okay thanks man, thats what i though aswell,...

Anything. Besides major things a common problem is defective minor components, like capacitors. interface chips or even the EPROM that holds the BIOS.
It is not practical to 100% certify every component in commercial equipment. And some problems do not show up until the thing is in use for many days.At the factory they limit testing to 24 hoers or less.
Contact the maker for return instructions. You have to ship it back the way they say. Unless a local STORE will handle lit.
