Answer» I have a laptop computer and I am trying to HOOK up or LINK to my brother-in-laws internet service through my Wi-Fi, but every time I go to my Wireless Network Connections and I find his 2Wire listed, soon as I hit on it I'm asked for a network key. Is their anyone who can tell me where I can find this key if he doesn't have the disc ANYMORE He apparently has WEP or WAP encryption set on his wireless router. He needs to log into his router and it will tell him what the keys are, it will be a string of hexadecimal characters...not easy to remember. Then PLUG those into your pc when prompted. |
