Solve : Need help with Comcast Modem(Arris)?

Today when I got on my computer,everything worked fine.All the lights on my modem where on,and the internet was working.Around 30 minutes to an hour.All my lights but the power,Telephone1,and Telephone2,DONT work.

The thing is the internet works fine,then every 5-10 minutes it disconnects saying the network cable was unplugged.When it usually will say that the connection is limited.I reset the modem and it will work again,but only to repeat the process of disconnecting and resetting every 5-10 minutes. Have you TRIED RESTARTING the modem? You can do this by unplugging the power cord, wait ~10 seconds and then reinsert it.
If this doesn't work and some of the LEDs on the modem that is SUPPOSED to be on, isn't, I WOULD get it replaced.
