i i need help
i have a hp pavilion dv9000 and the problem is i CANT connect to the internet with my ethernet PORT and my WIRELESS.

I have INSTALLED all the driver for this computer from the hp page.
What could be the problem

Do you mean AND or did you mean OR. If you meant and why are you trying to connect to the internet with both ethernet and wireless. If you meant OR how do you know you're not connected? any error messages?

FBThe problem is i cant get internet access with ethernet cable or wireless
