Answer» we now have a new carrier verizon and have wireless as well anyways my question is on wireless tower my internet light flashes fast i know it does this when internet is ACTIVE but should it when internet is not being used. 2 also ( lan coax ) light is flashing as well should this be normal .There could be all KINDS of reasons for network ACTIVITY (if indeed that's what a flashing light signifies). The computer could be downloading updates, for example. Windows computers by DEFAULT are very "chatty", periodically shouting out to see if there are any other devices on the network. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have other reasons to suppose there's a problem.ok thank you rob, |
