Solve : Networking Help Please!?

I have an OFFICE with SERVER and it is networked to other computers in the office. One of my COMPUTER crashed so I had to reload OS and network I had before need to be RECONNECTED. I had computer guy work on it before but I am trying to figure out how to connect this PC to the server network.

I would appreciate if you can help me.Go to any of the other PCs and enter "ipconfig /all" into a command prompt.  Post the output here.
